Mossbourne Academy e-admission list

Hi was just wondering whether list ranking for Mossboune makes a difference since it's a lottery anyway... any tip?

I don't know the school but do you mean where you rank it on your preference list? If so, then you should always list schools in your genuine order of preference, including at least one school where you can be fairly sure of gaining a place somewhere on your list (if that exists!). School allocations are done using an equal preference system so there is no risk involved- if this school is your favourite, put it first and you are not risking a place at other schools as long as they are also listed on your form. Schools cannot and do not give priority to people who list it first- the order is simply to say which schools would be your preference if you could be offered a place at more than one of them.
