2023 gcse exam dates

Does anyone know if the dates have been published yet? I've searched but can't find them in the internet.
Any ideas when they will be made available ?

Not published yet. I would assume for planning purposes at the moment that students need to be around until the end of June.

They are later than usual in announcing the dates as the exam boards were going to review the impact of them being more spread out than previously (done for covid risk mitigation).

I could also imagine that they may now be delayed further whilst waiting for a Coronation date to be announced (if that is likely soon after the funeral?) in case someone decides to put it on a normal school day end May or in June instead of another month or over the standard half term. (I have no inside information, but it's what I would be doing if I had been about to release the timetable this week.)

Yes I thought the date of the coronation may delay the release. It's likely the contingency day will be around 29th June 2023 again so all students have to be available to take an exam on that day.

I think dates will be released at the end of October.
