A lower secondary pupil with dyslexia tends to read mostly by memory/recognising whole words, and a fuzzy grasp of phonics - knows rough vowel sounds enough to make reasonable guesses in context, but not secure on things like split digraphs, vowel combinations, etc
Does anyone have recommendations for things like workbooks that go over these basics, but are designed for older children/teens? (and yet preferably still not just dull lists of words with nothing fun at all).
