Hi all,

My son has been offered a place at SGS sixth form. Slightly unexpected but would appreciate views on how teaching is for sciences. He has his heart set on medicine.

Also, if anyone has a heads up on how the kids did at GCSE I would appreciate that.

We would be leaving a local independent which we are very fond of, so it would be a big move.

in this year's GCSE results, SGS did better than Wallington's and worse than Wilson's, ie exactly as you'd expect given the differences in entry requirements.
