Uniform for girls with curves

DD age 13 has grown out of last year's school trousers, these were age 16 size from John Lewis.
Can't find anything in stock anywhere in a size up. Most places don't go beyond size 16. The few styles that do are all sold out where I've looked online.
Not sure what girls with curves are meant to do once you grow out of the age 16 stuff? She won't wear skirts. Grateful for any pointers

Nightmare. Because if you go to adult size, they are too big all over. DD2 was tiny, but very curvy womanly shape, but with 26" waist. Schoolwear was a complete nightmare, we had to upsize everything, and then get it altered. She is now an adult sized 8, but even then waists are too big, and tops and bottoms too tight.

This is the issue!

Thanks everyone for the replies. I have some coming from Next (the workwear category suggested above) in adult size 10-petite. Bless Next and their petite range.
Also found some in M&S.
Hopefully when they arrive one - or all - of them will be perfect.
