We are relocating from Singapore to England (not sure where) next summer. My daughter will be going into year 8 which isn't ideal as I reckon it will be hard for her to get a place at a good state school.
Has anyone got experience of trying to get a place in year 8? Any idea when the best time to apply is? We won't be landing in the UK till summer which will be leaving it pretty late! Should we be trying to have a Uk address sooner in order to secure a school place?
