Secondary school appeal - quick question

My friend has been offered her first choice school but for some important reasons, now wants her DS to go to a school that they put as a second choice. Can they still appeal for a school that they put as a second choice?

Yes.
They should make sure they 'apply' to the school / put name on waiting list, then appeal.

Thanks *teen" they are calling the school tomorrow but this will be a massive reassurance that all hope is not lost.
