Hi everyone!
I'm just looking for advice please. We are really interested in Bromley Girls High School for my daughter. My child is doing well at school and has special educational needs. She doesn't need 1-1 just a nurturing school environment and small class size. I'm looking at yr 11 with the possibility of going into sixth form the following year. She also has an EHCP. Does anyone have a child who has got a plan and attends the school? Any advice or opinions please. Thank you!

Are the school willing to admit into Y11 part way through GCSEs?

According to the government statistics the school doesn’t, or didn’t at the time the data was gathered, have any pupils with EHCPs on roll.

In order to get an independent MS named in the EHCP you will need to prove state options can’t meet DD’s needs.

Some LAs will come to an arrangement whereby parents pay the fees and the LA pay the SEN Support, but not all LAs, some will say parents are making suitable alternative arrangements relieving them of their duty.
