Hi would really appreciate some feedback- we have an offer from KGS - please could you let me have any views on the pastoral care there & if they take the time with a more sensitive child? She's sporty & academic but not the most focused on hockey which I know is a big focus of theirs.

I have 2 DC there, both quite sensitive, I would say the pastoral care is very good without being coddling, it is senior school and they are encouraged to be independent. One of mine is sporty and really enjoying hockey, the other one is not at all but has found that she loves netball - the staff have been amazingly encouraging. Although fit she has never been interested in team sports but they found a way in!

It's academic and the pace is fast but I don't think it's pushy at all. Neither of mine are scholars or at the top of the pile and they comfortable with the work.
