Any GCSE Computer Science teachers that can help?

DS is sitting Computer Science in the summer (OCR). He is fine with paper 1 but is really struggling with Paper 2. We have all the OCR books, exam papers etc but I think we need to go right back to basics with algorithms / programming / computational thinking. Are there any other books or resources we can buy to start from scratch?

Unfortunately it's the one subject that DH and I have no experience of (my CS GCSE was 30+ years ago). His teacher was off before half term and I think will still be off next week so there's no one to ask at the minute.

Forgot to add, there are no tutors available in our area and due to SEN, I don't think online tutoring would work well.

I can't help with CS specifically but have you tried YouTube ? There are a lot of teachers on there giving GCSE lessons

@cherryonthecakes you've just reminded me about 'Craig'n'Dave' on YouTube that have a few CS videos. I'll take a look.
