Hello. My son received an offer today for Y7 2022 entry. We loved this school the most when we did the open days in the autumn. Is anyone with recent experience of MCS able to share what it’s like for the boys in terms of pressure, homework, etc. I haven’t been able to find much on here about this school, except a couple of “those results don’t come out of thin air” type reviews. Does a lot of tutoring go on behind the scenes? My son is very bright and will enjoy being in a stretching environment so I’m very in favour of the school for him, would just love to hear more from parents with direct experience to try and get a view of what it might be like outside of an open day.
