Catholic School with Italian G.C.S.E

We are looking to move but can't decide where.
But the main thing is the Catholic schools.
Does anyone know of any Catholic High Schools that do Italian G.C.S.E?
Preferably not in London (can't afford the house prices there unfortunately).
Also would like a catholic primary school near by that also does Italian (not essential).

I've tried looking on the internet but is hard to work out which catholic schools do the Italian G.C.S.E and seems to come up with a lot of London ones.

If anyone knows of any local ones to you please let me know.xx

This seems like a really risky and unnecessary reason to decide where to live.

The level of language learning at primary is very low; certainly don't choose location based on that. All Year 7 language lessons necessarily start from an assumption of jo knowledge anyway.

Secondary, fair play if it really matters to you. But it is a few hours a week of language only and won't be life-changing.

Thankyou for your input. It's mainly for the catholic schools and secondly and a bonus if Italian G.C.S.E.

Do you know of any Catholic school that offer Italian G.C.S.E?

Bedford has the UK's biggest Italian population outside of London!

@PotteringAlong

Also remember that, if the teacher leaves, they might also stop that language.
This is a very valid point

@HelloKeith
Daniel Ricciardo is Australian.

Baconking · 30/01/2022 18:25

I was also going to suggest looking at Bedford

St Bernard's in Slough is an excellent Catholic grammar. It offers several languages, including Japanese, but sadly not Italian.

St Paul's Milton Keynes also currently has Italian GCSE.
