Anyone not selected for scholarship assessment but eventually offered a place?

DD not selected for art scholarship assessment. Now I am thinking is it because she will not be offered a place at all? Any one faced the same but then received the offer from school?

Yes! My daughter was offered a place at all the schools she applied for a scholarship ... even though she didn't get one . Keep the faith
