QEGS Penrith

Hi there,

We are potentially relocating to the Penrith area and I wondered if anyone could tell me anything about the secondary schools there.

We are in an area with no grammar schools so the whole system is very different to us. I think DS would be entering year 8 or 9 when we move.

Are there usually places for in year admissions?

What are the other options in the area like?

Argh, my first post makes no sense! 🙈😂I'd be most interested in info about QEGS in the first instance but it would also be useful to know about the other options too.
