Hi everyone! Hope you are coping with the 11+. Now that most exams are complete, the SPGS interview invites go out this Thursday. Does anybody know how many people they typically interview? Thank you.

Out of the 400+ students who sat the 2nd stage test, around half will be interviewed.

@Parkerspiece thank you. And then from the 200 interviewed they are looking for ~100 students. Given that 95% of the offers they make are accepted, I assume they make 100 offers and have a waiting list of like 10 students?

The intake has been around 110+ for the past two years. Not sure about how many extra offers were made. My guess is around 20. So about 130+ will receive an offer.

There were new students joining both Year 7 and Year 8 last term, presumably because someone had left.

Thanks, that's very helpful. The interview at 20-25 mins seems rather short. What's the typical format...shown and picture and work something out? Cheers.

There are 118 in my daughter's year.
