Nonsuch vs Tiffin Girls

I know Tiffin Girls perform better every year in terms of % oxbridge and both GCSE and Alevel grades.

But is Nonsuch in the same league or not? Would you say girls at Nonsuch get a similar quality (and enjoyment) of secondary education readying them for success at similarly good unis?

I would say they are very similar schools aiming for extremely high grades and top uni places. (Of course they select the most academic to start with, so the ought to do so!) Yes, Tiffin does slightly better, but compared to schools nationally, it's pretty minor. If I was deciding between the schools, I would likely pick the one easiest to get to.

Yes they are fighting over the same girls.

Pick whichever school (if you have the luxury of that choice) of making your child the happiest. That’s the best route to success.

This is a totally insane question.

Both schools teach exactly the curriculum with exactly the same budget per head [and hence class sizes etc], with very similar intakes and very similar results.

So, yes, of course they're "in the same league".

Similar cohort I would say. They offer some different curriculum options actually. I liked things about both but we have gone for Nonsuch as our first choice because DD preferred the offer there. Marginal though - agree with PP who said go for the nearest and also where you think your dd would be happiest.
