Surrey County Council Secondary Application form

Hi, we started to complete a secondary application for our daughter this afternoon but could not complete online as looking to move outside of the local counties available. The website advises that we need to complete a paper form however the only way to get a copy is to call which we've done repeatedly and cannot get through. The offices are now closed and we need to form before the deadline on Sunday evening, aahhh!
Does anyone have a copy of the Secondary application form for Surrey, as after many efforts to contact Surrey going round in circles.
Any help appreciated
Thanks

Is there a freeform box at all such as 'any other information'?

If all else fails use that box to say which schools you want in which order?

Thanks, if I can't locate the form I'll use any freeform boxes if available

Do they still distribute packs to ocal libraries?

Does the online form only have Surrey schools then? Will you be putting at least one Surrey school in case the move is delayed?

The plan was to include one Surrey school but looking to put a grammar school in the new area as 1st choice, as my daughter sat the entrance exam and wanted to ensure we didn't miss out on the place that was offered

I did the Surrey CAF 2 years ago and my first choice was in one of the London Boroughs. It did accept it but I remember it wasn't easy to do.

I think OP says the surrounding boroughs are easy to fill in. It not the further away place they are relocating to.

Agree with free text box might be best option. Also you can attach additional documents so maybe write out a full case explaining your situation and attach. And then email separately to cover all bases. Hope it works out ok OP.

I think the deadline is midnight Sunday , so I would apply on line with info in the supporting statement , but be at the council offices 9 am Monday morning and ask to complete a paper copy there and then . Most councils have re -opened for limited face to face appointments. They won’t start the sorting process until then, so in theory you won’t have missed anything

Thanks all, decided to email an form with all details on and school preferences and be at offices first thing Monday. On further reading they will allow applications past the deadline which are not classed as late if a valid reason. Hopefully they'll agree that this is!

Do an online application with your preferences in the free text box BEFORE tomorrow night. It's irrelevant that they won't sort till tomorrow (actually they won't be sorting for a few months yet - but you can't submit late and use that as a justification). You need proof your application was on time. Your only proof will be the online system.

I thought Surrey was part of the pan-London e-application process?

We live in Richmond borough but 2 of the schools I put were Surrey schools.

Before the pan-London applications process (when applying for DS for primary) I completed separate forms for London and Surrey, but 3 years later it was all on the same application.
