The Chase and Dyson Perrins

Hope I'm posting this in the right place. Please move me if not.

We've decided we want to move to Malvern in Worcestershire, or near by and have a 12 year old daughter. I keep reading how wonderful The Chase is and it clearly seems to be desired over Dyson Perrins as Dyson has about half the amount of pupils. Anybody know why this might be? I would have thought a faith based school would be more sought after and smaller class sizes I would hope would mean more attention paid to each pupil. Both schools have a Good ofsted rating to. I personally would prefer my daughter to have a more Christian education...so maybe I've answered my own question but would appreciate some knowledge and/or advice on both schools. Thanks Smile

Dysons is a smaller school overall, fewer classrooms etc, hence fewer pupils. My son is in Y10 (he is classed as high ability) and I really rate it. My other DS will be starting there next year. Are you following the schools on social media? That might give you an overview.

Chase has a FAB sixth form. Rivals private schools' results. Don't think Dyson's has a sixth form. That would swing it for me.

Hi, Just noticed your post. We are looking to move to Malvern too and not sure why Dyson Perrins is not as popular as The Chase. Did you get any further information on the two schools?
