Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on the above two schools? Looking at co-ed secondaries in the area. Will be attending open days in the Autumn. Live walking distance from Radnor.

If you search both school names on here ,there is some relatively recent feedback.
Radnor, as you know, is on a much smaller footprint, (with sports/events done off site) but what a view/setting ;-)
Know parents at both, and they are happy with their choices. Radnor's ISI inspection last year scored excellent in all areas, whilst Ibstock has a new Head to freshen things up.
The school tours will certain help.
Imho Radnor is marginally easier to get an offer.

Radnor is great - my daughter is in Year 8 and thriving. We chose it because it was small, personalised, and works on facilitating each child to be the best they can be - whether their gifts are in sports, academic, creative arts - its unique and special.

It’s moving Blueberry 77 to kneller hall in sept 2023 so that may not be walking distance anymore?
At this point, the senior school will go from 3 form entry to 5 form entry
