St Ambrose Prep Hale Barn

hi, we are relocating to Altrincham and are thinking about enrolling our DS to St Ambrose Prep in Hale Barn. We searched from the internet and found that the total number of current students is only barely 50% of its total capacity. Does anyone know what happened last year in the school, and is it still a good school? Thank you!

It's a very good school. But a big % of kids get into the high from state schools so maybe people just don't bother paying prep fees
