My son, Y10, is being bullied, but no local schools can accommodate his GCSE choices. He was bullied by the same boys 2 years ago to the extent that the school called the police, and he needed counselling. Another boy that was bullied by the same boys tried to commit suicide. The school don’t want me to move my son as it will disrupt his education. Would you?

The school are allowing his education to be disrupted by not coming down hard on the bullying! The boys need to be told by the school that they are not allowed near your son and that any communication will result in serious consequences for them. I think if the school were rubbish and I knew it wasn't going to be fixed I would move him, but as a last resort. Hope your DS is ok x

How much can they 'not accommodate' his choices?
Dropping 1 or 2 GCSE to keep his mental health may well be worth it.
(Especially as they may well have taught syllabus in different order so your DS might need some slots to catch up.)

There are a gang of about 20 boys and so the school is struggling to deal with all of them, but the ringleaders are being targeted at the moment. He has to drop business and photography, which is a shame, but we have bitten the bullet and will be transferring in the next few weeks.Smile. I need him to be happy.

He can always do courses in business and photography after 16, his education isn't over then and it isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things. I would definitely prioritise his mental health and happiness, as you are doing.
