Watford girls grammar school

Does anyone have any useful insider tips on this school? I know under the old head it was very pushy academically but in terms of pastoral care, mix of kids, extra curricular how is it?

Pastoral care: strong; they consider the individual needs of each pupil, and there's a caring atmosphere.

Mix of kids: not sure what you mean by this? They're all female, wide range of ethnicities, full range of ability but skewed towards the higher ability end of the curve.

Extra curricular: when there's not a global pandemic, there's a lot on offer.

Thanks. By mix, I’m curious if there is a spread of abilities and backgrounds. since it is partially selective, I hope that is the case
