St Paul reserve list - anyone been through this process?

We have a place on the St Pauls reserve, and the reassessment is in October.

Has anyone been through this and can shed any light on what is involved (above whats on the website).

Did any one use tutors for the two academic papers they sit?

My son is also in the reserve list. He refused me to find a tutor. He said if he fails in the reserve list test, he can go to Hampton School. St Paul is not be the only choice. He does not want to be too nervous. And for myself, I'm positive. I heard many boys in reserve list got offers successfully.

Hi, I'm very keen to hear about this as well. Assume all boys who tried from reserve list have the responses by now, any chance you could share your experiences of what's involved?

It depends on how eager you are to get the offer. My son refused to have tutor, because he has a Hampton offer. St paul and Hampton are both OK for him. He would like to take the reserve list assessment without tutor. Any result is acceptable. He has grown up and doesn't listen to me any more.
