Hi good afternoon we’ve just lodged our appeal today for a school place in a school we weren’t offered for our son. The council website states that we would receive a letter saying why we weren’t successful in gaining a place and the appeals form is attached to letter. We never received any letter or an appeals form and we wouldn’t be as was told from school admissions to find form online fill in and return. How is it possible it states in school appeal process what should happen regarding letter sent out but then we are told no letter will be sent out?
