RGS vs KGS vs Tiffin

With less than a day to go, we’re still umming and ahhing over what school to go with.

I think DS prefers KGS but the only thing making me hesitate is it maybe potentially not being as academic as RGS/Tiffin and how it might translate in things like being stretched in lessons, university opportunities etc. Other than that though, KGS seems like it would be a really good fit for DS.

Obviously Tiffin has the financial advantage but the co-Ed aspect is quite important to us too. We just keep going round in circles!

If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think there's much in it academically
If you look at the 2019 results (which is the last time you can actually trust the results) they are

GCSE A* - A /987
RGS 89%
KGS 87%
Tiffin 75%

A level A*-A
RGS 67%
KGS 66%
Tiffin 50%

I would go with your gut feeling and what DS wants given that they are all very good schools!
