Grey Coat Hospital School waiting listing

Hello. Does anyone have any experience of the waiting list system at Grey Coat? We've been told we're number 19 on the waiting list in our band (which I think is CofE band) and I imagine there will be quite a bit of movement by 15 March acceptance day etc. I'm holding my nerve at the moment but any thoughts would be gratefully received.

Also, are there any parents or current students at GCH who would be willing to let me know about their experience at the school either by email or phone chat??? thanks so much

@Minbadger unfortunately not, we applied for another faith school but had considered Grey Coat. I noticed the other double thread when looking for something else, hence letting you know. Hope you managed to post there and get some answers and movement on WL. Good luck x

@Minbadger do you know if you satisfied the weekly church attendance for at least 5 years criterion, weekly attendance 2-5 years, fortnightly for 5 years or fortnightly for 2-5 years? The policy seems to say that’s the ranking of preference and I’m trying to figure out my daughter’s chances if we apply in the future.
