Can anyone recommend free websites where people doing GCSE French get a chance to listen to spoken French? My daughter finds this hard, but is alright at the other aspects - she just needs more practice at listening I think. Thanks all.

Why not listening to French radio? Radio Nova or Fip or France Inter ? Or France Culture (www.franceculture.fr/emissions here you have hours and hours of podcasts.)
Or watching French Series on Netflix? We just watched Lupin (she might even add a few swear words to her vocabulary...Grin ) DD is doing this with Spanish.
Otherwise Duolinguo? Of BBC learning? or just google "podcast francais".
Bonne chance!

There is a GCSE practice book which includes listening tasks.

Also good is watching French films, or maybe English films in French (oftrn an option on DVDs like Disney IME).

There are some quite good video clips on BBC bite size

Also while there won't be many past papers available for the newest spec, there's nothing wrong with using old past papers for practice. Revision world is good - any year or board will be useful.

There are lots of great programmes in French on Netflix. YouTube also has some great videos where people say basic phrases / numbers / relevant vocabulary in French.
