Want to apply Year 9 for my daughter, may I know the comment of this school?

We have been advised that the school has an excellent special learning programme for individual student needs, which is in fact run by its very own department. Is that true? I would really appreciate any inside information on how well children are supported. Any thoughts on standard of pastoral care in general?
