Hypnotherapy App for helping with exam stress

DD (year 11) is getting very stressed this year about her mocks, her coursework, her (possible) GCSEs, school in general.

We’ve been hearing about hypnotherapy apps that can help; I’ve looked in the App Store and can see a few but I’m rather looking for some recommendations please, if anyone has any experience.

TIA

Bumping for you as I would love some recommendations too!

I don't know about hypnotherapy. I use guided mediation most days using the Insight Timer App which is free. You can search for a time length or a subject. Do you think that's something that she might like to try?

Another thing that might help is yoga. Fightmaster has a beginners course on YouTube which is free. I've recommended to a couple of people when they've said that they are stressed and they've said it's helped. It definitely helps me too.

Would she be interested in a workbook like The Mindful Teen do you think?

It might be worth booking her an appointment with a Hypnotherapist. Most will then give you a bespoke MP3/CD to listen to rather than a generic one size fits all one.
