Kingston - A Level options

Hi everyone.

Is there anyone out there that knows their way around sixth form education in the Kingston area? I am looking to move to Kingston next year and am planning what DS will do from that September when he would be due to start sixth form. I like the look of Esher College though understand from them that they do get over subscribed in some subjects so want a plan B or plan C if that doesn't come off (yes, I am an accountant!).

Any suggestions as to where else I ought to look? I would prefer a sixth form college because everyone is starting afresh rather than having existing friendship groups and I am not convinced DS will get GCSE maths as he struggles with it.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

He will have to get GCSE maths to enter a level college doesn't he?
I know someone at Esher - they live in Wimbledon and got in on the lottery. Really like it, but it is big.
