Secondary schools in york

Hi,
Wondered if someone could just give me a really quick run down on opinions of secondary schools in York (we are relocating there and want to take this into consideration for choosing the right area).

I know Fulford school is meant to be excellent (hoping that Fulford is a nice area too but also read it might be student-y)

Also that huntington school is well regarded (and huntington appears to be a decent area).

York School doesn't seem to have a great reputation (which is a shame as I was looking at holgate).

Any other comments on other secondaries / areas with good schools.

Any opinions really appreciated. Thank you xx

Fulford village itself is divine, The closer you get to the uni, surprise, there are more students but the village itself is considered too far out for most students.

Just done Street view of fulford village bit and it does look really lovely. That's definitely on the short list. Thank you xx
