Has anyone got any up-to-date information on Cranford House now it's fully co-educational? Have class sizes increased? Is it more selective at 11+ than it used to be? Has the vibe of the school changed and if so is this a negative?
Also, admissions are saying that places have to be accepted by Christmas. Is this normal? I thought most independents had place acceptance around the same time as state schools? Christmas feels really early.

As far as I am aware class size in year 7 (first senior year to have boys) is same as usual- but to be honest, with covid measures, everything has been so different it is hard to be certain. Too early to say anything about any change in ethos of the school- certainly no major change from the nurturing supportive community that we chose when girls only. More cricket and football on offer for all, even the years which don’t have boys.
They are definitely telling us (current parents) that they are oversubscribed for year 7 and were last year as well. This may make them more selective than the past.
