I am looking for a 1st choice for my child's secondary application. Few children from his primary go St Marks, most go to Cardinal Wiseman or Gunnersbury so I haven't been able to discuss other peoples perception and experience of the school. I was impressed by St Marks virtual open day and it's academic record. What's it like for a 'middle of the road' child who needs lots of reassurance and someone who although outwardly confident needs praise and reassurance. Is there a balance between academic expectations and pastoral care? I would like to get some feedback to give me more of an insight of the school.
