Daughter is no. 2 on waiting list for her 1st choice.. when will I hear?

If I hear anything.. I heard that some people just don't turn up to take their places. She was no 2 on the waiting list in her band (of which there are four).

I'm just getting a little keen as she really didn't like her school today so I'm hoping we get an offer come in from this other one!

Was just about to come on and say your chances are good as it’s London and very mobile population. We were there 2 yrs ago with DS at no 2 on WL in august, he got an offer on the 2nd day of term when a kids who’d had a crazy commute pulled out.
