State 6th Form College (Outstanding) apparently...
Literally nothing since lockdown, no lessons online or in school. Random emails and powerpoint material sent to be learnt, but no teaching, just reams to be read, not ideal when Dyslexic!
Any other 6th Forms doing nothing? Considering taking him out and restarting Lower 6th!

Then it is not nothing. There has been work set to be done remotely. 2 of my DC are dyslexic but can still read and do their school work. Actually online lessons are not the be all and end all. My one who has work set similarly to yours is coping better because he can do it at his own pace and not constarined by timetabled online zoom lessons which vary in content and use.

With hindsight, it would have been helpful if someone had got in touch to see whether he would need any extra support due to the dyslexia. If he really struggles with written material, then screen reader software might have helped a great deal. It's probably still worth getting in touch at this point to see what they can suggest.
Have they been setting and marking work? As someone who works in distance education normally, a large part of my teaching is in my comments on individual students' work. Some might not see that as "teaching", but it is.

Maybe it’s a memory issue rather than a reading issue. It’s not easy for dyslexic kids at the best of times

DD also lower 6th has had lots of work, group chats, zoom meeting - but not lessons, they’ve been back a month.

Have to say a lot of her friends are going back a year or transferring to other coarse or colleges. This will massively impact the year 11’s
