Moving house near to school

Could anyone please be able to throw some light on Charles Church Kingsbury Gardens development/Taylor Wimpey Oaklands grange development?
We are planning to be in that area for secondary and Primary schools options for our kids. Has anyone got first hand experts out these new built development and would mind sharing pros and cons of living in there?

I think you'll have more luck if you repost with the name of the Town in the subject!

St.Albans appears to have developments with those names by those companies?

Post with the name of the town in the title to alert people who know it.

And is this really a secondary school topic or a living in wherever topic? You might have more success in Chat or a local board.
