You are better off using the previous year's data to assess the likelihood of getting an open place than asking here. For 2021 band 1 made 6 offers to a distance of 1.05 miles, band 2 made 11 offers to a distance of 0.378 miles and band 3 made 5 offers but to siblings only. Westminster Council maybe able to give you historical data for earlier years but of course CAF is due tomorrow.
