Kings College Wimbledon (KCS) girls in 6th form

My DD is interested in trying to Kings Wimbledon 6th Form. Does anyone have any experience of what it’s like for girls joining? How easy to fit in a s make friends and what is the vibe? And how difficult to get a place? Thank you!

During the virtual open evening they said that it is about 330 applications for 50-60 places and the ratio of boys to girls at 6th form is 3 to 1, so very much a boys' school still.
I would also be very interested about personal experiences of girls who come to 6th form.
