Kent 11 plus - what will happen?

Hello everyone

Just wondering if anyone has any idea what will happen with the 11 plus exam due in September... I’m starting to panic because it appears children will not be back at school before September... test or no test. Would really like to know where we stand xxx

My children are at a Kent school and we were told via email last week that KCC have made the decision to continue to hold the exams in September as everybody will be in the same situation.

Thank you. We have heard nothing.. I’m wondering if this will still be the case now that we know that kids are not going back before September.... xxx

As its the same for everyone I imagine they will still go ahead (although may need more venues to allow for social distancing). The tests have to be done during a certain period so CAF's can be completed by 31/10.

Their website says that testing would be the most straightforward but they are unable to confirm what is going to happen. Basically they don't know.
