Rubbish quality of communications from schools

Has anybody else noticed a trend towards the use of CAPITAL LETTERS in communication from schools to parents via email? We had a letter to warn us about not keeping children home as a ski trip returned from a an area of Italy where there have been no cases and “NOT” to keep kids home and that they will “NOT” authorise absence. It all just seems like it’s ok now to SHOUT on paper at parents 🤦‍♀️

What's the big deal? They are just using capital letters to emphasize what they want to say. They are not actually shouting at you.

Probably because some parents only quickly scan letters and emails.

Over the years schools have learnt to be specific about information.
