Hi, I'm new to Mumsnet so please forgive any initial slips!
Can't see any information about St George's College Weybridge and only one thread about Reeds so was hoping to find out what people thought about these schools.
My son is musical so this is an important factor!
Many thanks in advance...

Personally if I had a choice I would opt for Reeds. St Georges College is more about the sport, they offer other things but if your kid is sporty they seem to do way better there. I know, I have 2 children there.

Reeds - without hesitation.... Have heard bad things about St Georges from a friend who has 2 kids there. Reeds as pretty much had universal acclaim from everyone I know.

Another vote for Reeds here! We have just chosen it over Hampton. I visited St George's just the once and we discounted it over distance so I never really drilled down into the finer details. But I thought it had a nice feel to it and quite liked the head. Co-Ed was a big plus point.

However, Reeds really won us over from the get-go. The head is fantastic and the sports facilities are really top. We really liked the boys that showed us around and the teachers we met. For us, it just gave us the 'feeling' - the right balance all round.
