Emanuel and Epsom college interview tips

Hello, ds has an interview in Emanuel this week and in Epsom college the week after for year 7 (11+)
Is their anyone here who’s been to any of the interviews in these schools, ds isn’t much of a chatterbox and quite shy. What sort of questions are expected? Do they put the dc on the spot?

Not specific to there schools but he can’t be monosyllabic or answer ‘I don’t know’. It’ll be just a general chat so could be things like his favourite or least favourite subjects, hobbies, recently read book etc He might be asked why he’s chosen the school and which other ones he’s applied for etc.
