Do you mean Ibac or A levels? If so, it depends on the child I think. My DD just did A levels and would gave struggled with the breadth of the Ibac. She certainly had no wish to continue maths fur example.

otoh Ibac is great if you have a student who still wants to continue with MFL or a humanity while actually seeking to specialise in science. It's a lot of work but can be rewarding.

Don't do ib it's way more work for no reason and UK universities don't acknowledge it in the same way as a levels so the grade boundaries aren't adjusted properly. Saying this as someone who did it 10 years ago

My D's school is suggesting it for their Upper school and I want to know if I need move or stay .

I love the school - its been through some rough times with a crazy Head, who mde it bankrupt! but has been bought by Dukes and is really great this year - neHead, major investment and DD is so happy and really succeeding. Want to stay but unsure of I Bac.
