Help!

I applied for a Totum card as proof of student status for ds. Filled in thebapplication form online 13 Sep and money removed from bank account to show its paid.

No sign of card yet. So I can't buy annual Bus pass cos bus company want this card as proof of age.

Has anyone got the contact details so I can speak to someone in TOTUM and give em a piece of my mind. They only have an online form which I have completed but non0one replies back

Absolute shower this company!

Just asked him and he has uploaded everything on the app and it acknowledges that he is on totum and he can get offers on line. It says he will get his card within seven working days....so possibly next week. As HSBC haven't even sent him his bank cards and stuff for his student account, I am wondering whether at this time of year it is just bonkers. Or they are just a bit shit...

Thank you. I've been getting offers sent since applying. I'm not interested in the offers. In the words of Bob Geldof just give me the * card😠

We were told that the card would go to college - have you checked that it is definitely being sent direct to you?

Hi. Card was delivered yesterday to home so probs their 'within seven days' line is a bit ambitious!

Got a msg today that it has been posted to school and should be with you in 7 working days. So if it comes then its only about 7 weeks late.

Apparently the issue was I had not completed PassId. But I never wanted PassId, and then when I tried to complete it it would not allow me to complete it - it would either not allow me to logon, or would not accept passport, or photo was invalid. At every stage of the application there were problems. The website and app are not fit for purpose and the firm behind this don't even put a contact number so that you can speak to someone to get help.

An absolute shower of a company. AaaaarghAngry
