Bristol secondary school

So my daughter is now in year 6 and obviously we have been looking at secondary schools for some time.. We have already went to a open morning at The Orchard school Bristol and on the 17th we have a open morning at Bristol free school . Has anyone got a idea on the best choice? We have looked at ofsted and ratings of both schools but the orchard school doesn't really have a up to date one

I dont know about Orchard but Bristol Free School is oversubscribed so unless you live in BS9 or 10(a bit) its hard to get into. Whereabouts are you? Redland Green is also good but also oversubscribed so you would need to live within 1000m of the school.

I live in bs10 like a 10 min walk away from Bristol free school :)

Maybe Fairfield as a third option, have heard its really improved last few years. Personally I would put Bristol Free School down as 1st option its a relatively new school but a good rep around where I live in BS9, everyone scrambling to get in....

Orchard had a short Ofsted, rated 'good' this year.
