Hi there. We are new to the area and looking to find a school for DD in year 8. Wandsworth advise space available at St John Bosco, Burntwood, and Southfields. DD is quiet and introverted and I wonder if you have kids at any of these schools and can give comment as to the behavioural and teaching standards at these schools and also how wonderful the leadership might be? With thanks!!

There are some higher level enrichment I think but daughter hasn't even mentioned. but most is available to all. Mine chose not to do much but she could have certainly done more. Plenty of ways for her to get there from Clapham junction.

From CJ, it's also worth looking at Lambeth schools - Lambeth Academy and La Retraite would both be easy to reach

Chelsea Academy also super-accessible - 10 mins - from Clapham Junction - and a great nurturing school. Probably not easy to get a place though in Y8 . . .

Hi Nessie19.
Just wondering where your DD ended up and if she's happy. Burntwood is the school that ours should get in to when her time comes but we are a bit nervous about single sex so considering moving to Graveney for the co-ed option. If we get enough positive vibes about Burntwood though we may stay put so trying to get as much insight as possible!
Thanks
