Hi everyone! Hope you all are well. Will be very grateful if you could share any information about working in Bow School in Tower Hamlets? Any teachers working there at the moment? Thinking of applying for my NQT there. Any parents sharing their thoughts about the school will be great as well. Thanks in advance.

Taf, to be honest, if you do not have a job currently for September then your bargaining chips are low. If this school has a job for you then take it. If it is really awful you can always resign at Christmas or Easter, though I would always suggest ploughing on until the year end.

I wouldn't suggest ploughing on to the end if it risks you not passing your nqt year as you only get one chance.
