Secondary schools in Wyre

Hi,
We are currently living abroad and plan to come back to the UK in a few years - can anyone recommend a good secondary school in Wyre.

Lancaster grammar schools are excellent and there is a school bus from certain areas of Wyre.

Broughton has a good reputation. For private I’m sure there would be a school bus to Kirkham Grammar.

Both the Lancaster grammars are excellent, but single sex (don’t know if you want this for your DC). St Aiden’s and Garstang are really good: I know of teachers who moved to send their children to St Aiden’s. For independent then AKS has the best results in the area and has a bus from the over Wyre area, without being too pushy.
