My DP's children live in Hertfordshire.
His ex is taking them out of school on holiday. In my county that will be a pretty much sure fire fine!
Does anyone know if Herts County have got particularly hot on fining holidays since the big legal wrangle last year?
I have knowledge in my own county but no clue as to what Herts are instructing or planning! I don't think they attend an academy - it's a Herts school.
I'd rather be prepared for the inevitable fight if Herts are as organised as the county we live in.
Legally, they can fine both parents. The ex should pay both fines as it's not condoned by DP.
