My daughter's new secondary school is asking us to sign a partnership agreement. The partnership agreement says what the student's obligation is, says what the parents' obligation is but doesn't say what the school's obligation is.

Is this normally how it's done. Does your school place this somewhere in plain site?

Ours has all 3, so the school's obligations are listed. I signed it and gave it back so can't remember exactly what it said but it was things like keeping the children safe at school and challenging them educationally etc.

Yes we have one, which I think is on the website (it's certainly in the school prospectus). It lists student, parent and school responsibilities.

Yes DD’s school has the responsibilities of all 3 parties on the agreement which is on the website.
